Please allow me a moment of your time to properly acknowledge the wonderful sales experience I had at your dealership. About three weeks ago I was fortunate enough to walk away from an auto accident where a cab driver ran a red light and subsequently totaled my Infiniti FX45. While I had to part ways with my previous vehicle, the experience I had at your dealership made the bittersweet moment a little less bitter.
While I owned my Infiniti for nearly 6 years I also had the blessing of having a IS 350C. The first time I visited your dealership it was only based on pure convenience to perform routine service on my vehicle. It was this first impression that made me never want to look back at any other car dealership ever again. (I keep telling people I bought the car because I first fell in love with the dealership, and I just happened to also like the car they sold me). I have been blessed to have owned several luxury automobiles and your dealership has set the example that not only every Lexus dealership should follow but every car manufacture should follow. I’ve been to Fletcher Jones Mercedes, McKenna BWM, Tustin Infiniti, Longo Lexus, and Park Place Lexus. None of them can even compare to the level of courtesy and professionalism that I receive from your staff members. In fact, I dreaded going to Tustin Infiniti to get my car serviced after being spoiled by the service I receive at Newport Lexus. I also had the pleasure of meeting your General Manager, Allen Moznett. Through the course of the conversations we shared, it’s clear that his leadership is reflected upon the entire staff. As they say, he runs a well-oiled machine and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty (once in a while.)
I am meticulous. I am talking OCD meticulous. I don’t ever miss the details and not once have I seen this dealership miss a beat. I frequent the benefits of a free car wash and each week, I am greeted with a warm smile and like clockwork my car is returned to me clean in the time promised. And just like how my car is always returned spotless the dealership is always kept extremely clean and tidy as well. The dealership is maintained as new as they day it opened. Angie Gooding my regular service consultant in your service department is yet another example of an associate that has always exceeded my expectations. She too is always accommodating with appointments and strives to satisfy and put attention to the details. As detailed of a person as I am, it’s rare if you catch me saying something is flawless, but your dealership truly is. If Lexus’ goal is to be in the “Pursuit of Perfection” then this dealership has truly met its foundational and fundamental principles.

I want you to know what a wonderful and professional team you have at Newport Lexus. I recently had the need to trade 2 automobiles. After owning 2 Avalons, purchased from a true professional; Robert Householder, I decided it was time to step up to Lexus. After begging forgiveness from Robert, for deciding on Lexus and not another Avalon, he directed me to Bill Pipin of Newport Lexus. I gotta tell you, Mr. Wilson, you know how to pick real stars. Bill Pipin, and his team provided my wife, Gail, and I with the most pleasant, thorough, and professional treatment. We ended up with 2012 ES-350 and RX-350, his and hers respectively. Bill closely monitored every step of the process. He even went so far as to take extra steps to insure that Gail’s RX-350 was set up with the exact type of chrome wheels that she liked, nice! I just thought I would take time to confirm what you already know, and that is you pick the best team and achieve the best results.We will be back, and we will recommend Bill Pipin (for Lexus) and Robert Householder (for Toyota) to all of our acquaintances.
