Waited to pay bill, and told I owed nothing. Hours later I received a message I need to pay a bill. When I asked for my service report and receipt to be sent to me I never received them. Asked for reports several times to no avail.

Dennis Palacio always takes care of me and my Lexus’s automotive needs. We have two mature classic vehicles considered some of the best engines ever made in the auto industry including the normally aspirated 3UZ-FE V-8 rear wheel drive LS 430.
