I arrived at 8:00 and Peter, my service writer was there smiling to greet me! We sat and in less than 5 minutes I was issued a loaner and ready to start my day. I had my one-year service done and it went well. I waited for my vehicle during that time. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable. They provided complementary beverages, snacks, and a self serve customized coffee machine. Chris Cortez was a helpful service advisor who kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle. I have been going to Newport Lexus for six years. I bought my car there and I have only had it serviced there. They are consistent with their service and their customer service is stellar. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but it’s worth it when I’m able to get my car serviced accurately and fairly. I highly recommend Newport Lexus.

My 1st Service experience - initial 6-month checkup. Kevin was great! One small gripe. 4:15 appointment. Check in was smooth. Based on estimated length of service, I decided to wait. I received a text at 4:41 that “Inspection was all green”. Outstanding! Vehicle was returned to me at 6:15, unwashed. Not a big deal.
I come here because of the customer service period! Kevin Nessl is our go to service advisor. We’ve been going to service our Lexus with Kevin for at least 8yrs. When we come to get the car, if he is busy with another customer the other service advisors step up to help me pay and get my car.
We were extremely pleased that our AAA Car Buying Service representative aligned us with such an amazing dealership. He informed us that he trusted the services that this dealership could provide, and that we were in good hands.
At the time I made the appointment. It would have been helpful if I was informed at that time, as to how long service was estimated to take. As a result, I was forced to wait over 2 hours needlessly. I could have made other arrangements had I been informed prior to my appointment.

Large, clean showroom, gracious sales associate who listened while I discussed my needs & good service by sales/finance manager to close the deal. No ‘pressure’ by sales associate, tolerable insistence by ‘closer’. I never feel that playing field is level when buying a car. But overall, this was a good experience.

I had major repair service required on my 2019 Lexus. Approx 64,000 miles. This is my 3rd Lexus and for the first time I am experiencing expensive repairs and I am over $7000 in repairs. I went into Newport Lexus so frustrated and in a bad mood. I sat down with Jonathan and somehow he seem to manage my anger and frustration and oversee the repairs and keep me posted on completion of work.
