Joey Wilchek was very polite, helpful and friendly. He gave me the approximate estimate of my regular cost of maintenance and a separate cost to repair the damage to the rear bumper. Told me the approximate time of wait was an hour. Sure enough, in about an hour he personally came and got me. Walked me back to my car and saw me drive off safely! Super service!

Loaner without nickel and diming for gas usage is another plus. If you have a Lexus that needs service, request Robert!

Good enough for maintenance but a waiting room is so bad it’s don’t even have a water for customers

Everything about my experience was top notch from the service guy I talk to at 7 AM in the morning who made an appointment for me to bring my car in that morning to the gentleman that I worked with to get my loaner. When I picked up my car I was greeted by friendly people and a very nice guy brought my car to me. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at that dealership and I leased three cars there over the years.

My situation is somewhat unusual, as I'm retired and hadn't been making long distance trips since purchasing my car in late 4Q 2019. My annual mileage has been well below what I'd anticipated, but Peter was able to guide me through my routine maintenance options while in his office. Been looking for 2022 NX350h for couple months until I was in touch with Chris Clark. He offered reasonable prices, very straightforward so I cut a deal with him quickly. Now I am coming back to get an UX for my family member with Mr Clark. Definitely will go back again to see him when shop for Lexus.
