Mo met me just after arriving at the dealership. I was interested in turning in my 2017 E300h lease and getting a t 2020 model. This is my 4th lease from Newport Lexus. We traditionally went with the dark grey exterior, however Mo showed me the Atomic Silver and we liked it even better. Once we made that decision, Mo arranged for a good deal and we were out the door in two hours. Mo familiarized us with the new functions of the car and we were off.
David Garcia was accommodating, he provided us new tires. However, Abe was abrasive, unaware and dismissive. Very frustrating that we got stuck with him. When it was time for us to pick up the car, there were new, obvious scratches on the driver’s door that were not there initially. We pointed out to Abe, but dismissed our concern. Overall, would still use this dealership in the future.
I left my car to do a recall issue, my car was left being quite needing a good cleaning and when I returned I had to ask if it was mine. It looked like a new car, just delivered. Another big point 'getter " for another of Uncle frank's admirers.
