The service supervisor Joseph Wilchek is very courteous and helpful. I do not have to wait at all every time I come. He also informed me what needed to be done and the pricing.

My experience with Ricardo was great and I felt like a five star service but I take one star off because of my experience I had last week with another staff. I just asked him about changing my cabin air filter and I didn’t know it’s not included in the oil change but he responded with an attitude that there is no free service here.
My service consultant, Rick Lizarraga, was amazing. My service consultants have all been incredible. My only complaint would be waiting an hour, at the service department, before knowing how long they will have your car.

I reserved a Lexus GX 550 the morning of from San Diego. I coordinated with Mitch every step of the way who supported me, was communicative, and quick in sending paperwork. When I arrived to the dealership, he was kind and professional, and just an all around good guy. I cannot recommend him enough. I then met with Roger who did not feel too sales-y, and was informative and clear. I had a wonderful experience all around.
Joey is always great and takes good care of me and my car. The lounge is comfy to have a conversation or do work. I love how they have quite relaxing things on the TVs. There is also massage chairs, coffee, water and snacks and they wash my car when they are done. Always a great experience.

We had meet with Joey Kato salesman at Newport Lexus, excellent work by him and his coworkers. Great service and communication with us about price and availability of cars. He helped us over the span of 2 days and helped us get a great deal for the car. He explained what the Lexus RX450h+ Premium had in features and all of the new software. Joey was quick with us, we arrived at 12 and left that same day by 2 pm. overall good costumer service and great dealership in general

The service advisor was extremely rude and the shuttle service is horrible. Had multiple instances of waiting over a hour for shuttle pickup when location was less than 15 mins away. Would have called an uber/lyft but they lie saying they are on the way. They do not care about wasting your time and start ignoring calls/texts. Today, I was only able to get a shuttle ride back after calling the dealership directly. Had a maintenance package from when I purchased my car but I regret it as it forced me to come back. Troy was our advisor and he was amazing! He explained everything to us. He helped get my husband‘s walker out of the trunk and even went to the car twice to retrieve things we had left in the car. He offered us a loaner car as well. He and the technician noticed that we had an extended warranty on an issue they found with the car and made sure that the technician could stay a little longer to take care of the problem. He was personable, professional, and efficient.

Customer service is excellent beginning with Joey Wilchek, Service Consultant who schedules appt as needed assuring that all issues are addressed and completed. Any questions or concerns Joey will provide an answer or research as needed. Additionally, car wash is appreciated and comfortable waiting area. I do not enjoy car issues but they do their best to keep it low stress.

After purchasing a used minivan from Newport Lexus, we discovered a problem with the sliding door caused by a previous improper body-shop repair. After contacting them, the manager arranged for us to bring the van back.
They took the vehicle to an auto-body shop, corrected the previous repair, and returned it to us within a couple of days at no charge. The door now closes correctly and functions as it should.

I thought everything about it made it easy. But for a retired teacher who worked long long hours, the three thousand plus dollars felt prohibitive. I wish they had a senior discount! And I liked my agent--except at the very end when I came in to pick up my car. He brushed me off and barely said hello and goodbye. The customer needs to feel like they are a valuable person. But that was my ONLY complaint.
I visited numerous times. We had numerous miscommunications. I can't blame it on Lexus or their employees entirely, but what I can say is every time they went out of their way to make things right under frustrating circumstances and that's what's most important.
NP Lexus estimated some body repair work on my 570 SUV. They were $1000 higher than two other estimates but stuck to their estimate, the other two were subject to finding additional damage under the bumper that included a back up camera plus calibration. Lexus did the work within the time frame promised and even returned my rental car down the street to Enterprise. Nice people to deal with. They seem anxious to please.
