We recently bought our 2026 NX 450h and had a great experience with Ted. We went in knowing exactly what number we wanted since we had already been talking with another Lexus dealership but Ted made the whole process so much easier.

I brought my car in for maintenance service and was assisted by Service Advisor, Chris Cortez. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and answered any questions regarding additional recommended services made by the Service Technician. Overall, a good experience and good service from drop off to pickup.
I took my RX350 in for servicing. I don’t mind staying there due to the pleasant environment. This time there were several massage chairs and I spent 20 wonderful minutes in one.

Newport Lexus has a wonderful campus - I come here for their service department which has been very clear and open with me about what my car actually needs done. I’ve always had Duy as a service person and he is great! Amber is also super friendly whenever I call in to schedule service. Great location for service overall in my experience.

It was easy to make an online. The only waiting I had was waiting for the service advisor to come help me. I went inside and had two massages, grabbed a water and snacks. I waited an additional 30-45 minutes but worth waiting. The waiting area is quiet.

Second visit to dealer. First time was fantastic. Had different advisor this time. A bit condescending and off putting. Ironic given that he did not even know what CVT fluid was. After telling him “Constant Velocity Transmission”, his behavior became slightly defensive. Also I saw my car ready to be picked up yet it took advisor 20 minutes to actually text me. I’ve never asked for specific advisor before. I will definitely make sure I ask for someone different next time.

He listened patiently to our questions and gave answers with options to get us a deal that worked for us. The finance Manager Joe Joyvan was very professional, thorough and quick to complete the lease contract. They both did an excellent job.

Transaction was rushed. Salesman knew little or nothing about the vehicle. The "sales manager" low balled me on my trade-in. Watch the registration trick: They include the cost of the registration into the quote, but on my used vehicle purchase, didn't get it included in on the contract. So just another way for this dealer to increase their sales profits. Very sneaky and dishonest.
