He’s very honest and upfront with the services and has great communication so I know what to expect!

Excellent service and advisor

I’ve had multiple issues with my trunk and have taken my car to the dealership about 5 times and each time has been a pleasant and smooth experience. My service provider Duy has taken great care of me and has always been up front with great communication. He’s diligent and persistent and has been able to resolve the issues with my car in a timely manner.

Mr. Nader was very knowledgeable, informative, patient, and kind. We enjoyed the visit and working with him.

We recently bought our 2026 NX 450h and had a great experience with Ted. We went in knowing exactly what number we wanted since we had already been talking with another Lexus dealership but Ted made the whole process so much easier. We got a great deal and were out of there with our new car in about 2.5 hours, which honestly felt like record time! Ted was great throughout the whole process. He even gave us a tour of the dealership and when my 6 yr old started getting a little antsy, shared some of his snacks with her. It was a small thing, but definitely appreciated. Great job, Newport Lexus! We’ll definitely be back.

I brought my car in for maintenance service and was assisted by Service Advisor, Chris Cortez. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and answered any questions regarding additional recommended services made by the Service Technician. Overall, a good experience and good service from drop off to pickup.

I took my RX350 in for servicing. I don’t mind staying there due to the pleasant environment. This time there were several massage chairs and I spent 20 wonderful minutes in one.
