We recently bought our 2026 NX 450h and had a great experience with Ted. We went in knowing exactly what number we wanted since we had already been talking with another Lexus dealership but Ted made the whole process so much easier. We got a great deal and were out of there with our new car in about 2.5 hours, which honestly felt like record time! Ted was great throughout the whole process. He even gave us a tour of the dealership and when my 6 yr old started getting a little antsy, shared some of his snacks with her. It was a small thing, but definitely appreciated.
