I was so stressed out about buying a new car, and I did a lot of research going into my appointment. I was really worried for the upsells, pressures, bait and switch at dealerships that I’ve been reading all about online. But this dealership was amazing. I completed my purchase of a beautiful car with Nasser and he took great care of me, super attentive and knowledgeable. A lot of trust during the test drive and he was super transparent throughout the process. Didn’t try to upsell and was a kind person and very experienced. He really made the whole buying process extremely quick and easy. I thought that I would have to spend the entire day at the dealership and get scammed like I did my last car, but I was so well taken cared of and I never felt pressured to get any add ons. Super transparent with the out the door price. Great and ethical salespeople. Nasser and Roger were amazing. I don’t feel cheated or taken advantaged of here and I am very happy with my purchase.
