Second visit to dealer. First time was fantastic. Had different advisor this time. A bit condescending and off putting. Ironic given that he did not even know what CVT fluid was. After telling him “Constant Velocity Transmission”, his behavior became slightly defensive. Also I saw my car ready to be picked up yet it took advisor 20 minutes to actually text me. I’ve never asked for specific advisor before. I will definitely make sure I ask for someone different next time.

We are returning customers & are super excited about our new car purchase. We purchased a 2017 Lexus 200T NX with plenty of cargo space & also hatch back. The twin booster gives us good accelerating power. The sun roof is a nice feature. We got factory tinted windows. Beautiful leather combo on the seats with cooling system & warming system. Back up camera is a bonus when reversing. Phone hook ups & stereo equipment are superb. Overall, I thank all the sales team that assisted us with our car purchase. Dealership has knowledgeable sales and finance people. Vance Remmey (our sales person) was very helpful, efficient, friendly, organized, quick, and thorough. He listened patiently to our questions and gave answers with options to get us a deal that worked for us. The finance Manager Joe Joyvan was very professional, thorough and quick to complete the lease contract. They both did an excellent job.
