Troy was our advisor and he was amazing! He explained everything to us. He helped get my husband‘s walker out of the trunk and even went to the car twice to retrieve things we had left in the car. He offered us a loaner car as well. He and the technician noticed that we had an extended warranty on an issue they found with the car and made sure that the technician could stay a little longer to take care of the problem. He was personable, professional, and efficient.

Customer service is excellent beginning with Joey Wilchek, Service Consultant who schedules appt as needed assuring that all issues are addressed and completed. Any questions or concerns Joey will provide an answer or research as needed. Additionally, car wash is appreciated and comfortable waiting area. I do not enjoy car issues but they do their best to keep it low stress.
