Unresponsive! They have been texting me for over a month. I purchased my Lexus NX 2025 here. I reply to the text messages and receive no response to my questions. They keep resending the same messages that alert that my 10k check is due. My 5K check took a ridiculous amount of time. The lounge area had antiquated plug ins for charging my usb C and people who were later than me got out earlier.no one was available to answer technical questions every dealer I have dealt with have washed my car off but not here. Very disappointed. I do not live close but over an hour away.
