I highly recommend the servicing dept of Lexus at Newport. Joey was courteous, knowledgeable and good advisor. I had my oil change, transmission fluid and coolant replaced. I choose to wait while my car was serviced which took two hours.

SO far I have had me Lexus ES 300 H serviced twice here and am happy with the timing , cost , personal service esp w Roberto as coordinator. The waiting area is comfortable w coffee water and snack service. I like the fact they are by a nice place for a walk though it was quite warm today.

I loved the friendliness and low pressure environment. I felt very comfortable being at the dealership as I was immediately greeted by Ted B. He knew so much about the vehicle and I felt good going into the test drive. From start to finish he was there and provided the best service! Five stars for Ted. For financing, I worked with Farshad and he was amazing. Made everything go smoothly, explained everything well, and I was out there quickly. Farshad was so easy to work with and super friendly. Five stars for Farshad for the documents and financing. I really had an amazing experience. Though I don't live that close to Newport Beach, I have decided to have this dealership service my vehicles in the future. The place is clean and service is amazing. 5 stars for sure
