Car would not start called Aaa. They weren’t sure why my battery or electronics wasn’t working on my 2010 450 H I got a jump and took it to Newport Lexus. They charge the battery. Did a car wash great service as always Thanks Kevin

It was the most stress-free and smoothest car buying experience of my life(Boomer alert). From the moment I walked into the showroom and having my car personally delivered to my house by sale associate Anthony Troxler was a breeze.There were no haggling back and forth and he even bought me lunch. Robert at the service department was nice and helpful. I was expected to get a service car that I used to have for the previous oil change but Robert said that it is no car available. Took me about 2 hours to wait. Overall all people at the Newport Lexus are very friendly and helpful. Will be back soon 😃
